Well, we have our new apartment, it's nice really. 2 bedroom, nice size living room and dining space. It's a move up from where we lived before. Only one problem. We don't have the U.S. outlets... so I can't hook my laptop in to a power source. We did have a transformer, but apparently fans and laptops can't both be plugged in to it at one time... we blew the fuse.

So, I'm writing now as quickly as possible to let you all know what's going on. I have about 10 minutes left on my battery life and we should have movers here any moment. We're getting military issued furniture today, which is nice to me because this wood floor is kinda hard. I hope you're all doing well and I'll be around again just as soon as I can. We may even go to the store tonight to see if we can't get a new cord for my laptop so I can get online. Only time will tell. I better submit this before my laptop dies... bye everyone!

On Deviation Comments: I do not respond to simple comments. If you don't take the time to say something more constructive than "cool" then I'm not going to take the time to respond to you. I'd actually prefer to not receive a comment than to get something simple.

On Front-page Comments: I send lots of "Thank you" comments to various deviants who add my work to their favourites. I don't expect them to say you're welcome, showing their dA love for my work is plenty enough to make me happy. In the same respect, I don't send "you're welcome" comments back to people who send me their "Thank you" comments. I assume that they feel the same as me, if not I apologize. This is just the way I am and how I feel about it.

On Favourites: I personally consider a a compliment and I appreciate the support from any who my work. When I send my thank you comments I do link back to the deviation to make it easy for that person to know which deviation I'm thanking them for. The reason I do this is because most who give only one or two don't always remember who had what deviation off the top of their head. If someone gives me multiple 's then I usually don't link back to any deviations as I'm sure they spent more than two seconds in my gallery.

On Watching: I watch people that I think have talent, or bring useful information to the table. I don't think of dA as a popularity contest, it's a place for art. If you watch me I may watch you, but I won't do it to give you incentive to watch me in the first place. I'll watch you becuase I like your style. If I don't watch you that doesn't make you a terrible artist or anything of that nature, your style is just not the style I like. Nothing more, nothing less. Never anything personal.
